Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to me. While I use tools that collect some scheduling and communication specific information, I will not share the details you provide with third parties without your consent. If I am required to share such information for safety or legal reasons, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Booking and scheduling: When you book a session, TidyCal collects your name and email to manage the appointment. That information is handled under TidyCal's privacy policy, which includes the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Email and newsletter: If you subscribe to the newsletter, Kit collects your email to manage delivery. Your information is handled under Kit's Data Processing Addendum.

Your information in TidyCal and Kit is handled under their own privacy policies, which do not meet medical or mental health privacy standards in the United States.

Sessions: Sessions happen over Zoom with transcription and closed-captioning tools turned off, unless you request otherwise.

Session notes: My session notes are handwritten and stay handwritten. What you share during sessions stays between us.
