with a trauma focus

Personal Growth Coaching

Successful coaching starts and ends with a healthy functioning relationship.

You bring all that you are into our space and together we explore what’s troubling you right now, what you need perspective on, and what you want your life to look like.

Using the Life Support Paradigm as a guide we’ll delve into how you’re nourishing yourself, what your connections look like, how you treat your body and your things, the nature of your emotional life, what happens inside your energetic system, and the stories that keep all of that connected.

Together we’ll cultivate awareness. The awareness will create room to act with intention. Intention fuels your capacity to choose. And with your choices, you’ll craft the life you want to be living.

You feel stuck living a life you’re not quite sure fits you and you are ready to reflect on how you got here and what you’d rather here looked like.

I am here to guide you to a deeper understanding of your story and uncover what you want your life to look like.

You notice all of the missed connections in your life and you are willing to adjust your approach to foster connection growth.

I am here to clear the muck in your system so you can make more of those connections.

The processes and systems that got you this far no longer work well enough and you are prepared to adjust those systems so they work more effectively.

I am here to help you retool your processes and systems so that you can breathe easier and create the life you want.

This is a 30-40 minute conversation with me over Zoom to help us clarify what you need. During it, we’ll determine what your next steps are to live a connected and functional life.

“Kelli met me where I was each session, and without prodding or pushing she guided me clearly to areas that needed attention. Coaching with Kelli not only supported me as a woman, but deeply enhanced my life as well.” -Amy

Possible Conversations

  • Working with Your Parts

Parts work creates space for our internal messiness to find relief. Identifying and talking with our parts individually helps us offer ourselves compassion and determine what our system needs.

So, whether it’s a recognized inner younger version of you or a collection of feelings and functions that often contradict each other,we can work with them.

By attending to our parts we can resolve some of the internal discord that leaves us feeling unsettled and disconnected.

I approach parts work as an Internal Family Systems informed Trauma Recovery Coach with a bit of shamanic flavoring thrown in.

  • Working with Your Neurodiversity

For those of us with approaches to the world that aren’t quite ‘normal’ figuring out what works for us can require several rounds of trial and error.

Neurodifference has many labels including ADHD, Autism, Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, and Neurotraumatized.

Your experiences might include a mix of the following challenges: time blindness, object permanence, initiation paralysis, organization, and planning.

I approach executive function challenges from a design perspective with 20+ years of dreaming up small tweaks within a limited space.

  • Connection and Self-Discovery

Your childhood experiences of missed connections often reverberate into your adult life in ways we don’t always realize.

The quiet developmental traumas caused by our caregivers’ missing opportunities to provide affirmation, attention, affection, and acceptance fed into the stories we told ourselves about not being enough or being unworthy.

The stories of inadequacy we tell ourselves get in the way of the connections we want to create and grow.

Recognition of the source of those stories can create the space we need to shift our approach to connecting with others so it is more successful.

Still have questions?

Personal Growth Coaching Packages

  • a Single Session

Sometimes, we just need a supportive ear and a different perspective on what we’re experiencing for a short time.

Or, maybe, you want to get to know me before you agree to spend six or twelve months getting to know me.

Or, maybe the expense of a package doesn’t work with your budget.

Support yourself with an hour of outside listening and perspective.

    $100 for a 1-hour coaching session

  • Six-Month Growth Cycle

Being intentional about who we are and who we want to become takes time and commitment to the process.

Coming to these pivot points as adults include inventorying what we’re carrying and choosing what to keep and what to toss.

Much like cleaning out an overfilled house, this work takes time and reflection.

Commit to a six-month growth cycle so you can experience support and encouragement as you make your next moves into intentional living.

    $2,200 for 24 1-hour coaching sessions

  • Twelve-Month Grow Cycle

Not everyone grows at the same rate.

Some of us take longer because we need the extra time with our support folks to establish safety.

Some of us take longer because we have a lot of stuff to unpack.

Some of us take longer because our systems are more resistant to change.

Commit to a twelve-month growth cycle so you can experience steady support and encouragement that honors who you are and how you walk in the world.

    $4,200 for 48 1-hour coaching sessions
